Last night I kicked off the new book study on the book: "Launching a Leadership Revolution." It was a great opportunity to take time with several of the Doral campus leaders and discuss questions like:
What is Leadership?
Why Leadership?
Is leadership an art or a Science?
Are leaders born or made?
The authors are not the first to come up with these answers, but they do present a healthy balance in coming up with answers.

Sounds like we are on the same page here. My wife and I have started a book study on Launching a Leadership Revolution as well. We are basically discussing major points chapter by chapter as it looks like you are. We kicked off the study by having each person watch Chuck Goetschel's dvd "Your Future Destination" in which we had them create their own personal mission statement. This personal mission statement will be their compass to their future success. The questions you have discussed are spot on with what we are asking as well.
